How long do the Infinity roses last?
Our real preserved roses last up to 3 years - without any water. This means that the rose itself will never wither or die. However, depending on the storage location, the color may fade over time.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We ship within 1-3 working days from Berlin. The products are usually ready for shipment within 24 hours, the rest depends on the selected shipping company.
Can I personalize the Flowerbox?
Yes, you can add a greeting card or name personalization made of gold foil cut to many products.
What happens if the delivery is damaged?

Is anonymous shipping possible?
Yes, we do not include an invoice or sender information in the parcel (except in the case of customs duties). However, at the recipient's request, we are required by data protection law to disclose who provided us with the data. We recommend leaving a note in the greeting card (e.g. "From someone who likes you very much - XYZ").
