How long do the Infinity Roses last?
Our real preserved roses last up to 3 years – without any water. This means that the rose itself can never wither or die. However, depending on the storage location, the color could fade over time.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We ship from Berlin within 1–3 working days. The products are usually ready for dispatch within 24 hours, the rest depends on the chosen shipping company.
Can I personalize the Flowerbox?
Yes, for many products you can add a greeting card or name personalization made of golden foil cut.
What happens if the delivery is damaged?

Is anonymous shipping possible?
Yes, we do not include an invoice or sender information in the package (except for customs duties). However, if the recipient requests it, we must disclose who provided us with the data in accordance with data protection laws. We recommend leaving a note in the greeting card (e.g. “From someone who likes you very much – XYZ”).
