Are your roses real?
Yes, our flower boxes are made from real, preserved roses.
How long do the roses last?
Our roses last for years, usually around 1-3 years. What happens over time is not that they wither or go moldy. By preserving the real rose, this can no longer happen. Over the years, the flowers can fade. It is important to follow the care instructions.
How does it work so that they last so long?
Our roses are harvested in their most beautiful bloom and preserved in the field. The gentle process ensures that they last for years. First, the cell fluids responsible for wilting are removed using an alcohol solution. This results in the pure "shell" of the rose. In the second step, color and liquid are added again. This liquid is based on dye and glycerine, as used in cosmetics and the like. This is why preserved roses do not look like dried roses. Only non-toxic substances and gentle processes are used throughout the entire process. So don't worry if your cat nibbles on it.
Do the roses smell?
Preservation causes them to lose their natural fragrance, which is anchored in the cell fluid. However, it has been possible to extract the odorants from the process and add them back to the preserved flower via an oil. They will smell fresh and flowery for a while. When the fragrance fades, your favorite perfume can also be sprayed on carefully and at least 15 cm away! This will not affect the longevity of the roses.
What happens to the roses after 3 years?
Over time, the flowers in the Flowerbox begin to fade and slowly lose their color intensity. They can no longer wither or become moldy. Like any decorative item, the Flowerboxes will also gather dust. You can easily help with a dry, clean cosmetic brush.
Is the rose bear also made of real roses?
No, the rose animals are made from hundreds of individual 3D foam roses, lovingly crafted by hand. Nevertheless, they look realistic and last forever!
Is there anything I need to bear in mind to ensure they last a long time?
In general, our roses are very easy to care for. The most important thing is to keep them away from heat and moisture. So it's best not to place them by a window, over a radiator or in the bathroom. Take a look at our care instructions. What is the ideal location? The best place to view them is in a protected glass display case!
Why are the roses so expensive?
After being harvested in Ecuador, our Infinity roses are subjected to a gentle preservation process by professional staff. This process requires great care in order to keep our promise of quality. As these are delicate flowers, many small steps must be taken to avoid stressing the flowers and thus preserve a snapshot of the roses. Our Infinity roses have the Fairtrade seal, which guarantees that the employees in Ecuador can work under fair conditions. Quality has its price.
Where is the best place to put the Infinity Flowerbox?
As it is important to keep the roses away from direct sunlight and moisture, they should not be placed on a windowsill or in a damp bathroom. With its timeless elegance, the Infinity Flowerbox enhances the bedside table in the bedroom, a display cabinet in the living room, the entrance area in the hallway or the dining table. It also enlivens the atmosphere on a desk at work and makes you forget the stress of everyday life. There are no limits to your creativity.
Can I have the Infinity Flowerbox personalized?
Yes, that is possible. For example, you can have a date or a name written on the flower box for an additional charge. The person receiving the gift will be particularly pleased. You will find this option in the area below the color selection once you have chosen a rose box. Simply click on the "Personalization" box and a text field for your desired text will open. Please note that a maximum of 10 characters is possible for space reasons. This option is not available for the INFINITY Small, INFINITY Extra Small and Single Rose Box.
Questions about shipping ⇑
Which shipping company do you use for delivery?
We ship our parcels using standard shipping with DHL. Express deliveries are also handled by UPS.
What happens if the messenger does not find me or the recipient?
If you or your recipient are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try again the next day.
Alternatively, you could arrange a drop-off authorization with the shipping company.
Which countries do you deliver to?
In addition to Germany, we also deliver to Austria and Switzerland.
How long does shipping take?
Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment. With DHL standard shipping to Germany it takes approx. 2-4 working days, with express shipping 1-2 working days. Standard shipping DHL to Austria takes 2-6 working days, express shipping UPS 1-3 working days. Shipping to Switzerland with standard shipping DHL takes approx. 4-14 working days, with express shipping UPS approx. 1-3 working days. Customs processing and invoicing are handled separately by Swiss customs.
Attention: DHL also delivers on Saturdays, UPS does not!
Is there an invoice in the package?
As a matter of principle, we do not include invoices in the parcel, except for the customs documents required for shipping to Switzerland. If the recipient asks us who the parcel is from, we are obliged to provide information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Can I also send anonymously?
As a matter of principle, we do not include any invoice information in the parcels. If the recipient asks us who the order came from, we are obliged by data protection law to provide information. So give the person a little hint, then they can thank you 🙂
Questions about ordering ⇑
How do I place an order?
1. simply go to 'Shop' and select a product. In the next step, you can change the color of the rose box and the color of your Infinity roses.
2. you can add a folded greeting card with envelope to all products for an extra charge. To do this, click on the box, select a motif and enter your desired text in the field.
Would you like to make your flower box extra special? The following flower boxes can be personalized: INFINITY Medium, INFINITY Large, INFINITY Heart Box, INFINITY Stem Rose (all sizes). For personalization, your desired text (max. 10 characters) will be applied to the box in gold lettering above our logo. There is an extra charge for this.
3. now all you have to do is add the product to your shopping cart. You are welcome to repeat this process and add several products to your shopping cart.
4. you can check your shopping cart again under "Show shopping cart" and then go to "Checkout". Enter your contact details or delivery address there. Do you have a discount code? You can enter it in the corresponding field at the top.
If you want to send different products to different addresses, you will have to order and pay several times. Only one delivery address can be specified per order. This may of course differ from the billing address.
5. then select your payment method. Please note that if you choose the payment method "Prepayment", we will only send the order once we have received the payment in our account. This can take 1-3 working days, depending on the bank. You will receive the account details in your order confirmation email.
6. different shipping options are available depending on the delivery location. Select an option. More on this under "Questions about shipping". Finally, confirm your details, accept the terms and conditions and click on "Complete order"
7. if you have completed this process, you will receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as possible, as well as a shipping confirmation email as soon as we have shipped your order.

Can I still change my order once I have submitted it?
Unfortunately, it is not usually possible to change your order after we have confirmed receipt. However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to help you.
Can I send my flower box to an address other than my billing address?
Sure, you can simply enter a different delivery address than your billing address in the order process so that you receive the invoice and your recipient receives the flower box. Don't worry - we don't include any invoices in the parcels. You will only receive them electronically from us by email.

Can you see what's inside the package on the outside?
Our shipping boxes are provided with logo and social media references. Only our rose bears arrive in a completely white package.
Can I exchange the product?
As our roses are very delicate, an exchange is only possible for undamaged, unopened goods. The return costs are to be borne by the customer. However, personalized products are excluded and cannot be returned.
Can I return the product?
The statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies to undamaged, originally packaged goods without personalization. Please send us an email with the completed sample form to contact@infinity-flowerbox.com:

After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will receive a refund to the payment method you used. Please note that the shipping costs will be taken into account up to the maximum amount of the standard shipping costs.
