Processing and shipping
Valentine's Day orders
February 14th (Friday) is Valentine's Day. To ensure that your gift arrives on time, we recommend that you take the following dates into account for your last orders. When paying in advance, the bank processing time must also be taken into account, as we can only send the goods after receipt of payment.
Please note: Later orders may still arrive on time, but without guarantee.

Editing
We do our best to ensure that every order reaches you as quickly as possible. Our products are always manufactured individually after the order is received and, if necessary, personalized. To make the delivery times transparent and understandable for you, you will find information on each step here.
1. receipt of the order and payment
Orders are processed after receipt of payment. Depending on the payment method, a processing time must be taken into account and added. For payments by prepayment/bank transfer, the bank processing time may take 1-3 bank working days (depending on the bank). Electronic payment methods are usually completed immediately; in some cases transactions are checked by the payment provider.
2. editing
Our florists process orders received on weekdays Mon-Fri 8 am - 2 pm. Orders received later will be processed the next working day.
3. ready for dispatch
As soon as an order is ready for dispatch, a shipment tracking will be sent by email. Changes are no longer possible. Please follow the status via the shipping partner's link. We have no influence on the route and duration of delivery.
Parcels are collected by our shipping partners on weekdays Mon-Fri. Orders received and paid for before the following times will be dispatched on the same day:

Shipping
Our shipping partners are DHL for standard shipping and UPS for express shipping. We ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Please get in touch with us!
Please note that extraordinary circumstances and extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow and ice) may affect the delivery time. If you have any questions about the duration or whereabouts of the shipment, please contact the shipment tracking and customer service of the shipping partner.
Shipping time
We do our best to ensure that every order is dispatched as quickly as possible. The delivery times stated here refer to the period from receipt of payment (see "Processing > 1st receipt of order and payment" above) to delivery.

Orders shipped to Switzerland must also go through a customs clearance process. Customs duties may be incurred and will be invoiced externally by customs.

Delivery
For shipments outside the EU, the currently applicable customs regulations must be observed; import costs are to be borne by the recipient. Any delays due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g. due to address errors or similar) are not our responsibility. We ask for your understanding if shipping takes longer due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions.
What can I do to ensure that shipping runs smoothly and quickly?
1. complete address
Check your address data for completeness (e.g. house number/postal number for DHL Packstations) and correct spelling. Autofill may overwrite your details on forms or leave individual fields blank. After receiving your confirmation email, you can check again which data has been sent to us and contact us to correct it if necessary. It is no longer possible to change the address once you have received the shipping confirmation.
2. store telephone number
When shipping outside Germany, the shipping service provider can contact you in the event of address problems. This increases the delivery rate.
3. note the payment method
Orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment has been received. For payments by prepayment/direct bank transfer, the processing time of the bank must be added. It is important to note the 5-digit order number as the subject so that a clear assignment can be made.
In general, the delivery conditions of the shipping service provider should be observed, e.g. the name should be clearly marked on the doorbell/letterbox. We do our best to ensure that our products reach you quickly, punctually and undamaged! We find a solution for every situation.
